Default Project BLCKWDO '92 964 c4 turbo

I should apologize for my lack of introduction. I am the owner of this 92 964 c4 turbo I bought from one of the sellers on these forums.

I had a ppi done and was assured it's a healthy car. The car drove up from Tennessee to Michigan fine without hiccups. But the age of the car began to show as time passed and the weather got colder. So after learning about the distributor belt issue as well as poor documentation on the car's previous race build by TPC racing, I decided it was time for a refresh. Also if anyone's interested in a turbo kit for their 964, let me know. Have a complete kit with heat exchangers on headers available.

Refresh List:

ECU
TK AEM EMS
TK AEM Harness
AEM Inline Lambda
Throttle sensor & adapter
MAP sensor, 3bar
Air Temp Sensor
Flywheel speed (REF) sensor & adapter
Ethanol content sensor
Oil temperature sensor

Injector Dynamics injectors ID1000's
Fuel pump, upgraded BOSCH 044
Fuel Pump Adapter Fitting, Front

Ignition
M&W 6-channel + motorcycle CDI coils

Turbo

Twin Turbosmart ewg's
Tial Bov

Exhaust
BB twin scroll headers and exhaust

Intercooler

Delete mod:

After inspecting the heads ran into a couple problems. Firstly, the exhaust ports on these cars have ceramic liners in them or rather the heads are cast around these ceramic liners so they chunk off eventually esp with the high egt's under turbo application. Anyone have a reliable solution for this problem on here? Thanks in advance

Some more progress on this project.

Longblock is being shipped to Chris @ TurboKraft who has been exceptionally helpful and honest. Now to find out what's going on inside. Next on the list is sourcing some heads that don't have ceramic liners in exhaust ports or find ones that are newer. Will keep this thread updated.
