Long shot: HOFCO III alarm install/wiring instructions?
I know this is a long shot but if anyone happens to have an installation manual, wiring diagram, or information of any kind on an (aftermarket) HOFCO III alarm system could you please post a PDF for me?
My '92 C2 has a HOFCO III alarm system that was likely installed when the car was new. It works for now but the only remote I have for it is on its last legs and the company is long gone so I'd like to pull the alarm. I'd love to use the existing wiring for a simple aftermarket keyless entry system and an install manual or wiring diagram would be a huge help since the original installer didn't stick to any kind of factory color system.
