Singer buys a new daily driver, of course it's a 964!

Those of you who are PCA and receive Panorama, check the 964 section of The Mart in the November issue. I just got mine in the mail today. I think this car is listed on there, obviously by the original seller, not Singer. Not a bad asking price ($35k) considering the rare color, even tho the miles are on the higher side (119k).

We might just be jumping to conclusions. Contact the seller and let us know if my assumption was correct.

contacted the seller. he didnt say who he sold it to, but it is sold. He did send a photo of it loading on to the shipping truck and it does seem like the one singer picked up. Darn a little too late. Did anyone calls dibs if singer sells, or can I even call dibs ? xD haha . Seriously though, does anyone know how often does a relatively affordable high mileage mint green 964 shows up, would definitely want to hop on it if another one shows up?

Slightly off topic, but the question has already been asked, re Singer style head lights.
AP Designs kit is a complete kit including head lamps etc and cost 1300 euros.
D Zug's kit looks to a complete kit too and has the advantage of being a proper projector kit. The cost is 700 US $. That sounds like a bargain compared to the AP kit.
I know there are DIY solutions and the cost is about 15% of D Zug's, but the end result looks to be about 70% inferior.
Anyone got comments or experience with any of these or know of any comparible tests?

HI JETTA,
I DID READ THROUGH THE TREAD SOME TIME AGO. I STUCK BETWEEN THE D ZUG KIT AND TO ALTERNATIVE OF USING A RETRO KIT THAT COST ABOUT $80.00.
I'VE JUST GONE THROUGH THE THREAD AGAIN AND THINK THE D ZUG KIT IS THE WAY TO GO, PRICE IS A BIT ON THE HIGH SIDE THOUGH.
NICE WRITE UP BY THE WAY.
