Badges are wrong and in the wrong position, they're 2.7RS rather than 3.0RS

Standard steel 930/ 911 Turbo, fronts tack on quite easy, they do need some talented adjustment at the rear as 964 rear wings are rather different. You'll be able to see the creases/ lines arent 100% but I'm thinking of taking a leaf out of my wife's wardrobe and putting on some race graphics that will hide the rear wings lines like a 'bodycon' dress. We'll see once its painted

What is it with sellers on Ebay?
I bought a pair of '73 RS card type door panels on Ebay, clearly described as used with marks on them. Guess what happens when they arrive? They're like new. Unmarked. Not even close to used. Jeepers, talk about an inaccurate description. I've had to throw them out of the office window into the car park below, drive over them a few times and then leave them out in the rain.
Now they look used.

I sold a set of perfect and nicely aged Compomotive Fuchs style FH wheels a while ago due to the fact that some bright spark told me that they wouldnt fit over my 964 brakes. Not true I found out, so at great expense I bought them back last week off the bloke what bought them for 30% more than he paid me. I even put very expensive period racing Pirelli Cinturato tyres on for the correct look.
They do fit on the car. But they're ( at least) 2 inches too wide at the back.
I cant think of anyway of fixing this as wheel arch 934 extensions will look wrong...Ive asked the Porsche mechanic to push them on harder.
Any ideas gratefully received, I've already had " buy the right set of wheels" suggestion a few times already so no need for that one, thank you

Are you able to roll the arches, or for more aggressive fitment flare the arches?
You could also go against the period tyre look and fit a narrower width and stretch?

Good ideas, I'll ask

I know it's personal taste but that middle car is my ideal.
The stripped interior with the exterior colours and those Ruf mirrors just brilliant.
The interior on the previous pics is 'interesting' and not most peoples first choice but I can also see how that can grow on you if you wanted a more comfort interior.
Good luck with the build looking forward to following thread

Are you sitting comfortably?
Seats have arrived, went for a model that fits the 'larger' Porsche driver...Rennsport Safari Rally Grande. They are taller than the originals so are more comfortable. They also came with the right mounts and runners for a 964.
Have decided to lightly sandpaper the drivers side bolster and then sew a leather patch over the wear. Then I can sprinkle baby talc all over them, it'll get stuck in the corduroy and the seams and they'll age nicely...I cant leave them out in the sun. There isn't any in the UK
