I've just read this thread from beginning to end.

My 964 is going in to Pro9 for resto in January.

Tempted to change to gulf blue whilst it's there.

Great stuff.

How bizarre I ordered some recently and they arrived a week later
can you kindly nudge Ed please? If there's a phone number I'm happy to call him, it's been a year or two...

I think a 49,995 asking price ( pounds) seems fair...I will see how it goes

Default New Faces

I do like the clock, apologies for the bad photos...you can't quite see the Gulf Porsche bit on the left hand side. Took the opportunity to change a couple of the dash bulbs so the instruments do light up better, many thanks to Auto Audio in Park Royal

Took the graphics off, it does look much better

Got an oil change at OPC Porsche West London ( £244 plus VAT) as it has now done about a thousand miles since the engine rebuild. I was expected much more of a plumbers suck from them combined with the usual " well Sir, we've found quite a few bits that need doing, we've put together some quotes, are you sitting down? " Instead I got a phone call saying they couldn't find anything that needed doing even after cleaning off the bottom of the engine and the pipes. So I'm now running out of things to do to it...and it's booked into the Silverstone Auction on the 21st...I will take off the reserve I think.
