Love these 993 look tops!

Anyone have any links to places to purchase? Or is it a case of going to a good indy to get it sorted?

And just for the thread...here you go on one of the few sunny days in London this summer gone!

Love the Blue that is the shade I wanted when I was looking . but ended up with Red.

for the top I had a Indy order one from his supplier , but I know they can be ordered from CabrioWorld.
do not order a 993 top, you need a 993 styled top for a 964. a 993 top will not fit a 964 frame.

I ordered my 993 roof for my 964 from Autotrim in Denton (Manchester). Jim the trimmer reckons this will go straight on?

Hopefully being fitted in the next couple of weeks..I'll post some pics when it is done.

Quoted 1k +vat fitted

If you are brave you can pick cab roofs up for about 500-600 directly from suppliers and have a go yourself...?

That's the same guy who's going to renovate my seats for me in a few months and we discussed roofs when I visited... I'd be very interested to see how you get on! Seemed a very knowledgable guy was willing to spend a few minutes with me, even though I just turned up out of the blue...
Good luck!

well looking at cabrioworld as mentioned it looks really reasonable at $700 odd which isn't much at all. Factor in shipping at say £100 it makes for a really good price.

http://www.cabrioworld.com/secure/de...10&modelID=387

I am certainly not brave enough to do it myself, however when you factor in 4-6 hours labour...£1k + Vat seems ok and would avoid the situation of using the Indy as just a fitter which they may not like too much.

Interested to see your results!

That's a rather poor picture of my cab, BUT it's taken at the exact location of the opening scene of 'Le Mans'.!

I´m very happy with my 993 top with smooth seam, presented by C.Klein from Giessen. His homepage proofs his experience.

Turbo or Turbo Look?

It would look 1000x better with a black top though. (IMO of course)
