Black mirrors and headlight trims might suit that.

Stayed late tonight and stripped the doors down
quite pleased with the condition of the car, the doors are mint with only the slightest corrosion starting to form in places.
wings and doors will be going to be acid dipped next week
little bit of corrosion hiding under the window trim on passenger rear wing but again only surface

door frames are in good condition too

Great stuff! You planning on having the whole car dipped?

Didnt have much time tonight so just got the rear bumper off and stripped down
and got the engine lid off and stripped down

bit of corrosion which i knew about but not beyond repair

engine tin wear has seen better days

ready for the acid bath

had a new engine cover at somepoint, possibly under warrenty for corrosion

just the roof lining, sunroof and scuttle to strip then its onto engine out :!

n/s rear wing has been painted three times and the o/s rear wing has been painted twice.
All panels excluding the engine cover are original too

Quick progress! Looks in pretty good condition. Hopefully now surprises.
When are you hoping to have it completed by?
