I am currently looking at buying a works bell paddle shift kit for my 964.
The kit is available as a universal kit or a kit for 993 (which apparently has a harness designed for the 993.)
Now I believe that the tiptronic systems on the 964 and 993 are similar if not the same. Is this true? Does anyone have any knowledge of the tiptronic on the two cars?

Essentially, if I buy the 993 kit is it going to fit my car?!
