I took these a few years back after a fresh wax. My last detail didn't turn out as well (in avatar), but it is a track car.

thanks Hawk, i am a little young at heart and really like the modern look. I just picked myself up a Canon 7D and need to get some practice. I cant wait till spring time so I can get out and take some cool photos. Going to do a photography course over the winter.

Here's one from this summer - stock '93 cab with only 30K miles. The grass is brown and the leaves are gone here is Wisconsin. Still good for brisk fall drives and no bugs to mess up the black paint!

Jeff, you'll like the Canon 7d. what lenses did you buy with it? One of these days we'll start a photography thread.

Hawk, it came with an 18-135 and i picked up a 50mm 1.4f to do portraits and some creative shots.

I think a photograghy thread would be cool.

I have been shooting with fully automatic mode until i take some lessons. So far i am very pleased with the camera.

When i pick it up i do not want to put it down.

gorgeous Speedster Blake

Jeff, there's a few of us photogs on here so don't be afraid to ask questions. I don't mind. The 28-135 is fine to start out, and depending on where you find yourself shooting, might never need better glass. The L glass allure is stong- kinda like a track day in the Porsche... you just keep wanting more of it
