Default Help on Porsche 964 front-Bonnet Bra cover

Hello guys, just recieved I think a genuine Porsche Bonnet-front bra that covers the front of the car in 2 pieces.

The snag is that it never came with instructions, which I think was taken out. Anyway, I would like to know how exactly do you put one of these on. As these arent as easy and snug fit than the Cologne ones.

As I am finding difficulty closing the bonnet firstly on the bonnet cover, then the front bumper connected to the headlamp is tight.

Pictures of the bra on would be good!

Geeeeeee if only my girlfriend read this, she would be in stitches laughing about us guys talking about putting bras on!ha

thanks

Norm

For sure you have to adjust the striker latch up to allow for the extra thickness of the bra being under the hood.

I have to do this every time I put the bra on the car. The instructions explain this. It is a real pain in the rear having to do this when you take the bra on and off. When the bra is off the hood will sit too high.

I keep the allen wrench in the car. Once you do it about 40 times you will be able to get it just right in one try.

Don't dent your hood trying to force it shut with the latch not moved up. Many do !

Good grief I didn't even know about having to pry out the fender liner to slip the tabs in. I never did that. What a total pain these bras are to put on and off !
