I am looking at a west coast car 1991 black on black c2 with 125k miles but it has a salvaged title back in 2009 in state of Oregon but mechanically the car drives straight and pulls strong. The car has a bunch of suspension upgrades and no leaks. I have pictures from the auction yard back then and damage on the car were very minimal. I wonder if folks here can comment what is a reasonable FMV to offer. Any input are greatly appreciated.

I would pick a number that I would pay with no accident damage, then deduct $5k - 15K + , based on the extent of the damage and the quality of repair.

Yes, I don't think the car being GR helped. Also it didn't go into detail on how the car was imported that I read. Being produced in Feb '92 this car can be easily street registered if imported under the 25 year DOT exemption except in California.

Wanted Porsche 911 Carrera 964 RS 3.8 (1993 only). Canepa in USA sold this white car per 350 000 USD. If someone know new owner - let me know.

That must have been a while back or wasn't a true RS vin. There was a yellow one down at Amelia IIRC the owner was asking $800,000. Although I did not have a chance to get his contact info. I don't think you will find a 3.8RS for under that amount today. If the 3.6RS's are bringing $300k and Turbo S's are bringing $1.54mm I would expect finding a cheap 3.8RS would be next to impossible.
