Thanks everyone for the info. There are few who haven't chimed in with their year and country, please do.
We are estimating the resources and supplies necessary and hope to have more info back to y'all soon.
We might need donor harnesses , so if you have them, let me know. I donated my 89 harness already.
Thx for your patience and participation

If it's of any value, I build this wire list for my 86 Turbo from the wiring diagrams in the workshop manuals, plus inspection of my harness as I took it apart to rebuild. Turned out there were small differences between what was in the manuals and what was on the car.

I'll take one depending on time it takes to get these produced. 1986 951 US. I am (perhaps now was) in the process of rebuilding a harness. If this comes together what is the ETA?

but why are projected cost so high? Using USCAR connector testing and same current derating on conductors should put it into reasonable cost range
Are you planning to use Autosport loom maker?

Heads up...you can save a LOT of money on the JT/JPT components (pins, terminals, and 2/3/4/5/6 pin connectors) buy buying them on mouser.com rather than EagleDay or wherever.
If you can build off a donor harness, could you do an NA (non-turbo) harness? All the parts are the same but there are fewer connections...

Are these the female connectors?
They look correct to me.
