Default Oil cooler line stuck

I'm putting a new oil cooler and lines in my car. I can't seem to get the 27mm and 32 mm wrench on and loosen the lower line on the oil filter housing. Looking for any help I can't get! Thanks in advance

Might need to remove half of the stuff at the bottom to get leverage.

Removing oil lines when they get stuck after years of being secured is a real pain. Liberal use of PB Blaster, letting it soak and then trying again is pretty much the best option. As far as getting the wrenches in there, I'll echo Paul and say you need to remove the power steering pump at a minimum and even then it will be tight. I took full-size 27/32 wrenches and cut them down to be able to get them in there and be able to swing in their range of motion. Using a deadblow hammer on the 32mm wrench helped in breaking things free.
