Default Front suspension HARD noise

I have an hard noise like a METALLIC bump in the front right suspension on hard cornering too if it's compressed or fully extended.
No noise on normal cruise, too if the street is in bad condition.
I changed all sway bar bushing (powerflex) and checked for control arm plays but all is fine.
Shocks are stock, Kony yellows height adjustable (M030): what could be?

Could be your shock, mine (right front) made all kinda noises like that just before it failed completely (stock m474 koni with about 175000k miles on it. check for oil all over the outer tube and general area. Also check your ball joints , a bad shock will kill a ball joint after awhile....

I'm afraid that you are right! They are too expensive!!
If they must been changed i'll replace them with Camber plates much more cheap...

Agreed. When mine went I replaced them with Racers Edge camber plates...same price as stock mounts but yeah not cheap.

Today i installed two used but refurbished shoks and i can hear the same BUMP!
I checked all: sway bar, ball joints, tighten all nuts and bolts, checked wheel bearings.
Apparently all is ok, but the hard BUMP on left cornering is present again!!
What could i check?
Please HELP ME!!

Just some I've found over the years

Again, upper strut mounts? Have you checked your ball joints?

I swapped front shoks with others from a friend of mine and the BUMP is still there, so i think that the upper mounts are not the culprit.
I'm trying to find the problem...
