KKK Turbo rebuild?
Has anyone here rebuilt their own turbo?
I've got a k26/6 (86 951) that I want to rebuild before I drop the engine in my car. Doing some research I came across a post from 2009 that suggested these guys (https://gpopshop.com/kkk-rebuild-kits/). Upon further searching, there are a bunch of options on ebay and amazon for half the price.
Anyone have experience rebuilding their turbo, and anyone have experience with these rebuild kits?

I would not recommend rebuilding it yourself. Call Charlie at Evergreen and get a quote for a rebuild.

Send it to the turbo dude. He has the tools and the knowledge that you lack.
I sent mine here:
Dura-Built

He did excellent work and does turbo work for Porsche NA.
