Default Left side lower than right after alignment

Just got my car back from the alignment shop, and noticed that my ride height is now about 5/8" - 3/4" lower on the left side of the car. I have about a finger height gap on both right wheels, and the left wheels are tucked. Front right wheel is centered in the wheel arch but the front left wheel is closer to the front bumper.

Some more background - I just installed 968 castor blocks, new stock control arm bushings, and 200# lowering springs because the LS1 raised the front ride height (less weight). Stock early 944 strut housings and bilstein shocks. I didn't touch the rear end. Should I give up on this alignment shop?

Nope.. just a standard 4-wheel alignment.

Measure underneath to the bottom of castor mounts and rear spring plates, though it does sound like something is wrong.

I measured to the rockers.. it really seems like they screwed up the castor setting. The tabs on the castor block eccentrics are both pointing full left, which would explain why the left wheel is farther towards the front of the car. My understanding is they should be mirrored if everything else is perfect.
