Congrats. Had one back in 2004/2005 - did my first properly fast lap of the Nurburgring in it. Soon after it got stollen. Absolutely loved it, while I had it. Mine was just a 215bhp 2.3... 2.5s are a lot of fun. Still on my favouirite list of cars to own again...

951 is alot more powerful. The M3 handles very very well. the entire suspension is new and upgraded. its very easy to drive. This car i believe is more of a momentum car than the 951. M3 feels like its a bigger car yet doesnt act like it. The 951 feels like its tailord towards the driver maybe its because i have changed everything the 951 to the way i like it. The steering on the 951 is tighter and gives alot more feed back than the M3. Then again i do have a manual rack and aftermarket steering wheel which makes the m3 feel like iam driving a boat. The braking is just good if not better than the 951. the M3 is very easy to work on. I am going to be swapping the seat to the recaros the steering wheel so that is going to change the feel.

I had a few E30s, and after driving Porsches, I hated that the bmws seat always felt like it was too high.
I drove an E30 M3 for a few months, Ill never forget how fun it was to go through twisty corners accelerating to 7800rpm in second gear...theyre getting way too expensive these days
