Euromeister Fuchs Replica Wheels

Euromeister Fuchs Replica Wheels
I've noticed the Euromeister Fuchs replicas being sold by Automotion. Does anyone know about their quality, relative weight, etc?
I have an '86 951. Will 8"/9" front/rear Fuchs work in place of 7"/8" Fuchs? For those of you with 16X9 wheels, what brand tires do you run? 245-45 16 tire selection is pretty slim.
Thanks

Personally I like www.raderwerks.com, I have heard nothing but good things about them.
Sorry I can't help with specs on these wheels though.

These wheels are decent. Italian made and better than earlier replicas. Between 16 and 18 pounds, IIRC, depending on size. Seem to be very round and zeroed out on the balancer with very little weight. I used 16 x 8's on the rear of NA racer, but stayed with early 911 16's on the front for peace of mind.

Has anyone ever looked at these closely in person? I have often wondered how they look compared to OEM fuchs. The pictures of them make the edges of the spokes look very squared and somehow not right.

Hi,
The offset is not correct on the 8 or the 9 in. wheels you are looking at, 86 951 is ET23.3 both front and rear.
If I understand correctly, to run 8" & 9" Fuchs wheels on your 86, you need 86 951 8" rear Fuchs for the front end, and 930 9" rears for the rear end.
I run 7 & 8 in. Fuchs on my 86 951 with 225-50-15 and 245-45-16 Yokohama AVS ES100 tires for the street and my stock phone dials with the same size Michelin Pilot sport cups for the track
Both are easy to get on line. I'm happy with the ES100's on the street, good grip, good life, and they are
not bad in the little rain we get here.
John.
