LS1 944 clutch question
Been thinking about an LS1 944 and I am wondering if you can pull an LS1 engine to replace the clutch?
Or do you have to drop the back of the drive train like a typical 944?

depends on the bellhousing you use - the most common BH used in the swap is the C5 corvette BH which allows you to just change the clutch without removing anything else.
