Default Front Suspension Creaking at Control Arm Rear Monoball

On my 89 S2, I had the ball joints and front monoballs replaced on my Wrightwood Racing Charlie Arms. Reinstalled and front end alignment and now have a loud creaking at one of the Elephant Racing control arm rear monoballs.

I tried greasing the eccentric bolt but didn't help.

Any suggestions to make the creaking to away?

It's the bearing in the rear mount, i have dealt with this before many times. Bite the bullet and get some racers edge mounts, better quality and no niose

Those look like racers edge rear mono ball mounts already. Maybe switch to elephant racing mono ball mounts.

The newer elephant ones are anodized red just like the racers edge ones

Just get some new monoballs and press the old ones out. Keep the seals/bushes. Then locktite and press in the new monoballs.
I just did the same. Monoballs don't last for ever. You need COM-12T spherical bearings. (with Teflon)
