Default Any Bilstein Escort Shock users? Spring rates please...

So I'm having trouble finding spring rates and spring sizes that Escort Cup people are using despite a post in the 944 turbo forum. Seems it is a secret or black art but would love to hear your complete spring choices and by complete i mean rate, length and what you've learned from it all.

Thanks.

I have run two set ups on my track only car with no torsion bars which weights 2,944lbs with me in it.

1 Front 350#, Rear 500#
2 Front 400#, Rear 600#

Both setup ups are too harsh for a street car.
I recommend Front 200#-250# and Rear 325#-375# for a street car but firm version.

First off I should disclose that my car is an 86 951 (stock weight and a little more HP) and my Escort shocks are the stiffer valving made for the track but I'm using the car on the street. Also, 17" wheels with Michelin PS2's. Also, I'm keeping the stock torsion bars for now.

I'm running 300-400# front now and it's ok for the street, definitely firm but for how great the handling is, I can live with it. Presently I only have the stock torsion bars in the rear so I need a starting point for the rear spring. I would think 200 would be way too soft and 350-400 seems pretty soft for the track.

Also, what length are your springs?

If you keep your torsion bars I would go with 300-350# helpers at the rear based on your fronts.

I use 9" front and 8" long rear springs. My car seats pretty low with 16" wheels.
