Ok so I needed to re adjust my belts this spring. I took everything apart and my bs belt marks are off, well the lower belt any way. it had slipped 1/5 of a turn. I take care of that and see that I lost the front nut on the ps pump. had to order a new 13mm sleeve. so I get that and put every thing back together. when I grab the back belly pan I hear something knock around and notice I have a 2inch 8mm bolt in there. (where the F did that come from?) I had replaced my belts and bearings, and motor mount last winter. I cant see where it came from? I assume it was from suspension that was removed to replace the bearings from below.
I know this is a long shot but has anyone had similar happen?
ps I got my first drive of the year : )

What about the middle sway bar bolts I think they are 8mm.
I will have to look at that part more closely it was all off when I did the bearings. I didn't notice anything when I took the car for its first drive of the year.

Got her back on the road yesterday. Still cold here but I need to take my DD in for service tomorrow and need a car so I figured why not. After 4 months of slumber she started up perfectly. Now the to-do list for this spring:
1-Alignment
2-Find / fix vibration around 3k RPM
3-Detail and wax
4-Repaint the black b pillars
5-Everything else that I come up with it never ends, That's half the fun for me

I took the kids yesterday for a quick cruise in the S2 cab as they were more antsy than me haha.

I didn't notice the large piles of snow behind the car.
I got back under the car this weekend and tried to put my eyes or at least a finger on every bolt I pulled out last winter, I did find one bolt that had come out on the oil pan so I replaced it but could not find a missing 8mm bolt. I put the pans back on and will have to wonder and pray

Do your rear wheels rub on the brake or emergency brake lines?
Have you thought about spacers to push the rear wheels out just a bit?
