I am looking at a 1983 944 in New Jersey and i am from the Chicago area. Would anyone in the New Jersey area be willing to go look at this car for me and let me know what kind of shape it is in? It would save me a trip out east. I do know the clutch is fried on this thing so the first trip i make out there will have to be with a truck and trailer. and that gets costly if the car is not worth it and i come home empty.
