Default Returning to idle

Have linked a short video of a problem with my 1985 928s. When I take my foot of the pedal the revs drop as normal but seem to pause at 1100/1200rpm before returning to normal Idle.

Thought it may have been a bad cable, so I removed the accelerator cable connector under the hood and revved direct at throttle and was exactly the same.

The car has not been on the road for several years, have done a top end refresh including timing belt, water pump, fuel lines/injectors, vacuum lines, MAF rebuild and a few other odds & ends.

Any help would be great
Thanks.
