Sold. According to the PET this part (928 331 044 06) is the same for the S4 and S3 and S models. Just check and make sure that leaf spring is straight. That's why I need to replace mine. No rush on the part. Just let me know when you get around to it.

I'll take the HVAC head. I would like the plugs with a little pigtail left on them if you aren't trying to save that part of the wiring harness.

air tubes are in good condition except for where they were sliced open along the seating area at the aircleaner inlet,
some structural adhesive should have them working as advertised ,
note the slice is along the bottom so it cant be seen

If the vents in the doors aren't broken, I'd be interested. Also, the glovebox A/C vent, if you can get it out without breaking it (like I did mine...)
