Rear Hatch Shade Cover Vendors?
No luck with a search.
Looking to replace my faded rear hatch cover - the thing with elastic cords that covers the interior hatch area - not sure of the correct term for it.
In Classic Grey colour.
Thanks.

woodypeck also supplies them, I think. I was wondering if anybody that got one from woodypeck would comment on the quality?

I'm hearing mixed reviews on the quality of the product sold by chitown928s4.
User search has no results for 'woodypeck'.

I have one from chitown and very happy with quality and construction. It has the Porsche emblem and 928GT on it as well. It comes all ready to install with all hardware included and attached. It's made from a stiffer material than the original cover, I think it's sunbrella material?

Classic grey is the challenge. There are quite a few choices in basic colors, but classic grey is difficult. The only matching materials I have seen are leather and Alcantara (automotive grade synthetic suede) - both cost about the same.
Rob Budd can make matching covers; I think he quoted in the neighborhood of $500 some time ago. I love Rob, but have been hesitant to spend that much money on a luggage cover.
Perhaps I need to stop being so cheap.

I'm pretty sure Richard can make the cover most any color you want. last time I seen him he had few sample books of differing materials and colors.
I've seen some of the covers he has made, and I do not see how anyone would have a complaint.
