I need some mechanical parts to get my HVAC controller working again. I discovered the gear wheel and respective toothed track are both damaged (see picks)





I am hoping one of you may have some spares from a dead controller. I would be willing to bet these are the same for all years.

I had one break in exactly the same places, the parts were very dried out / brittle.
Must have been a bad run of plastic parts.

Maybe somebody can have them printed for you.

Send the unit to Roger - his guy can fix it ... for a price. I know because they rebuilt a 90+ version for me with cracked parts.
