I really like that look. It's what Porsche should have done in the first place.

I have intake, water bridge, and oil filler neck already in that same color. All I need boneheaded to do are the cam covers. Very nice Stan. When will this beauty be available?

the car is off the jack stands it still need more tuning though,
got a new set of E coated Zimmerman rotors and EBC Redstuff pads all the 4 corners,
along with the SS braided brake flex lines and ATE gold brake fluid swapped in.

The correct slave cylinder procured now the new clutch releases,
in the picture the slave thats connected to the flex line is the early DualDisc slave for the 84 to 86.5 machines.

NOTE the correct part for 87 and newer has a longer cylinder and longer pushrod

Stan, that carpet install looks great! The color is the same as Rocket's.

well its on the road,
still needs a few more things but it drives nice, the carmel carpet set from Rob budd looks very nice its the Mercedes felt .Then its topped off with a set of real Coco mats.
The new shocks improve the bouncy ride greatly, the new rack works great,
the trans shifts good, the clutch is good, the brakes work well.
The engine pulls strong and runs smoothly,
the Hans MMs are noticeable at idle as a small amount of engine vibration can be felt, once underway its smooth.
The engine bay looks great, the powder coating also is very nice.
the outside was treated to a hand compound and wax and that really brought back the shine to the tired original black paint.
The wheels were powder coated metallic black they were originally polished but had not been take care of.
The rear wing and the belly pans will be installed soon

I'll chalk this one up as another fine rescue..

Great work, as usual, Stan. I like the black manholes and rear spoiler delete on this car.

Looks fantastic...and what he said..leave it bare!. Looks really clean, smooth. The black slotted rims look great! Perhaps go with the monochrome wheel crests and a silver/black hood badge?

I don't care for the black wheels (I like the original silver), but the spoiler delete looks awesome with the newer tail/lights. The engine covers are also amazing. Nice job!!

I'd leave without rear spoiler, gives it a beefy look in the back, also nice touch with the Sisal mats!

I have been driving this car for a while and its a nice runner,
I got a GT rear muffler installed to match the GT resonators,
the back end was treated to some new control arm bushings,
this to cure that sway when power is applied,
I still have to get it in for a final alignment,
but otherwise its tight and quiet and fast!
The new MC with the SS flex lines and Zimmerman rotors and EBC pads are great.
