Default torque specs for bolt on spacers?

Purchased rear spacers for my 1978 and the package did not include anything on torque specs. Is it the same as wheel to hub?

note that most spacers will NOT work with 15 inch phone dials...part of the wheel hits on the nuts which hold the spacer to the hub.
