Default Groaning power steering pump fixed with Rennbay kit

I thought I'd mention that the Rennbay power steering pump reseal kit fixed the groaning/buzzing power steering in my supercharged 928S4, which I actually worked on today despite having a half measure of Old Pulteney after work.

I'd tried flushing the fluid, tried replacing the reservoir, to no avail. I was not sure the noise, cavitation noise probably, would be fixed with a pump reseal but it must have had an internal fluid leak or something that was causing that groan because it's fixed.

Me too, it was not clear to me that the pump reseal would fix the groaning and foaming fluid and I was worried I'd need a steering rack. It was a pretty easy job, but I was also doing the timing belt / water pump and rebuilding the alternator (bearings were naaasty).
