The estate of a local well know business man has contacted me regarding the deceased personal car collection. It includes an 87 928 S4 VIN WP0JB0926HS862013 with 42k miles. Car is a one owner and currently not running and has been sitting for at least a couple of years.

Black with a tan interior and the option list is normal with nothing special.

So true! What's with all the black cars in 87? Did they not know there were other colours under the rainbow?

Can we get more info on this car Roger? What it wrong with it? What kind of condition would you say the paint and interior in? Pics look nice.

pics actually look like there is mold on the rear bumper cover, in which case, I wonder how it was stored and whether it smells. Hard to say, as the pictures are terrible.

Just passing info. along. Judging by the quality of the Estate no expense was spared maintaining the car collection until the owner died. Car was running and needed a new battery and was taken to a local European shop and they do not want to work on 928's.
The owner was Chairman, President and CEO of Texaco.

Like Sean I am very busy and it would be probably easier for another local to take the time and look at the car. Paul also said he could take more pictures if needed. He is only an email away.

Personally I am not interested in the car but it could be a great purchase for someone looking to buy a low mile one owner car.

I sporadically check the ads for 928s' (I would really enjoy an 85 white auto ROW at a discount price} and it seems there are a LOT of black ones of every model year.
