How to repair a broken front sway bar bracket?

Usually this is a too-litttle-tire issue, too much of a spring rate on the hypercoil, not a swaybar issue. go up in size on the front tire, possibly lower the tire pressure, and this problem might go away. could also be a driving style cause too.

The wheel tire combo is a stock 225/50 16 Yokes on all 4 corners. The turn were i noticed it the most as a sweeper at about 95mph, I felt the car get a bit upset and started to push a bit. It might have been a bit down hill as well which in my experience promotes push. This is the first time i've driven it hard since GB rebuilt the motor. Driving a big car like this is new to me other than George's car at the Silver State. All my experience has been in much smaller, lighter sports cars where, most of the time was spent looking out the side window. Much to learn

This is not terribly uncommon when sway bars are installed that are stiffer than stock, combined with some hard cornering, and the installation of wider front tires. That said - its the combination that seems to do it.
I have many many sway-bars out there, and relatively few sway bar mount reinforcement kits. The customers are not experiencing cracking of the stock sway bar mounting brackets either because they just don't corner that hard that often; or they are still running stock-sized front tires. Or both.
Here is a pic of our sway bar mount reinforcement for those that are interested

im running 315s of sticky rubber and pushing the car very hard. i dont bend or break the swaybar mounts , but im running about 25% less than full bar these days and when it cracked, i thought it was due to full stiff setting, but it was really due to high sideing the car over a birm at thunderhill turn 14 exit.
lost a mounting bolt after the repair at laguna and thunderhill and the car rollos a lot, but the most noticleble change is that the rear wheel lifts up and spins wildly even with LSD. thats the real purpose of the bar on DOTs and with a cage.

I'm really trying to figure out if having a Devek bar is even worth it for average spirited driving. Really considering of swapping it for a stock bar.
I have big bars on my Montereo SUV but that is to help keep the "chuck factor" down. I know that GB isn't that keen on them.

With skinny little rubber like that I doubt the bar is doing anything for you. With 265 rubber up front and 295 on the rear I find the bar needs to be set stiff to help the rear end keep up with the front end.
Not sure what Mark runs up front these days but given he has 315 on the rear he probably does not need as much bar to keep things balanced.
Assuming your new motor runs as sweet as we expect it will, you probably need more rubber to enjoy it to the full but then I tend to forget you chaps drive mostly in straight lines-
