Help to ID Seat Plug
I just finished up resoldering the seat board in my 88 S4. (Thanks to the forum for that one!) I did it without taking the seat out of the car, but I ran into a problem. I found a loose wiring connector. I'm inclined to believe it was not hooked up to begin with and as far as I can tell the seats of never been out since the factory but I'm not sure. For the life of me I can't see where this would plug and there is one empty connector but is not a match to plug in the wires are different colors. I tried to look through the wiring schematics and search the forum with no luck, though it seems like others have had the same question.
It branches off the main harness and seemed to be tucked down into the subfloor.
