Default Issue with 928 Gauge Cluster - Blinking

The other morning I got into the car and started it up, and while the car ran fine and I was able to drive it around, the Gauges were not working properly.

There is power to the cluster, but the tach and speedo don't work, the fuel gauge reads empty when the tank is almost full, and the lights blink every 5 seconds (like clockwork). You can see in the attached video (
). The car is running when I took this video.

I checked all the Fuses, and as far as I can tell in this car Fuse 39 is the only one that deals with the gauges. I pulled it to test, and the gauges cluster went dark so I know the fuse works. I have a recently rebuilt LH, but now sure if that could cause these symptoms??

Any thoughts would be appreciated. The car is a garage kept 928 GT with low miles.

Anyone know where the signal for the gauges come from? It looks like the gauge cluster is fine its just not getting a signal for any of the gauges

There are three fuses that supply the cluster.

I checked and all fuses are fine. Does the data for the gauges go through the fuses? It's interesting that there is power to the cluster but the gouges all read zero

Just for S&G's take a look at fuse 41.

Also, fuses 9,25,39 - how do they look? Nice and clean?

Do your interior lights work?

I note also that your LCD is not powered: no odo, warning display, or multi-function display.
