On my 86.5 the left front head light creeps up about 2 inches after an hour of driving around 70mph or more. It's not loose and pops back down easily. I can't pull it up by hand once it's down. Collectively they go up and down perfectly.

sounds like it is not click in all the way in to the base. there is the mount that the bucket "snaps" in to that is on the bar.
