Outstanding job Ross! I'm glad you were able to get it! Now I need to go back to putting my parts list together for my cars that got interrupted with this post. Look forward to more updates!

Niiiiice.

Congratudolences on being able to get it.

The interior looks pretty nice. That's a big plus.

Odd that it has the front spoiler, but not the rear (I understand how it happens, it's just a bit odd).

Motor work is going to be a bit involved, but it's all doable, and you can find all you need to know to do it on here.

I would suggest chasing down the coolant leak as soon as you can. Running low on coolant and overheating the motor is a really bad idea. It could be something as simple as a loose hose, or pinhole leak in one.

Fuel lines are important too. If you can't find a receipt that says they were changed, or a good indication that they were recently replaced, plan on doing them too.

Edit to add:

I think the air filter element is installed upside down too.

Interior looks very nice. Congratulations! Love the green. Keep it rear spoiler free. Looks great.

Bravo! Nice score. I was going to go over today to watch the bidding, but got tied up.

Bring it by sometime. If I am around, I will lend a hand and I have a lift in my garage....

Nice car! You did really well Ross. Congratulations. Now the fun begins.

Wow, a green and beige interior. I don't think I've ever seen that before.
I wonder if the seats and door cards were swapped out at some point.

It appears it had an S4 rear wing installed on it at sometime in the past.

Really cool car. The mats are cool..I like them better than common carpet. The washer filler neck and coolant tank look too white to be original, they may have been replaced. Nice story about how long you've been looking and researching. Now the fun begins.

Great find.

Congrats.

The interior is in very nice shape.

I like the color combination.

I like the mats too!
They're Coco Mats I think. Looks like color #21.

Yes, I believe it is. But leave it alone for now Ross. Do NOT flip it over.

Now that it's been run that way, you should leave it until you get a replacement.
