Default Which 18" Panamera Rims?

I have a White 1988 S4 and was looking for a set of 18" Panamera rims when I came across a deal too good to pass up. The rims I ordered are the 5 spoke Panamera rims even though I was looking for the 10 spoke ones. Here is a pic of a 928 on 5 spoke rims:

I also found a few pics of a white 928 S4 on the 18" 10 spoke Panamera rims

I can get a set of the 10 spoke wheels, but am not sure I should. I like both, but I believe the 10 spoke ones look more modern. What do you guys think? 5 spoke or 10 spoke look better on a white S4?

I think the 10 spoke look better..If i were you and going 5 spoke i would look into Carrara III's they look great and have 928 friendly offsets.

I have the 5 spoke and prefer them over the 10 spoke (though still nice). The important thing is the offsets work very well on the 928.

10 spoke and the Panamera offsets are within specs.

Looks like the consensus is 10 spokes are nicer looking. I like them better too. I will have to keep looking for a set at a good price.

The 5 spokes are easier to clean so get the thumbs up from me!

I have the 10 spoke and agree. I've never looked, but there's probably a brush made for them--something for the brake dust behind the spokes. For the OP, check out this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...set-owner.html

Dunno if this problem is typical of other wheels or not but be aware that the when fitting the 10 spokes you will likely need to pull off the front bearing grease caps and cut about 1/4" off the lips or else the wheel center caps won't clear. Took no more than 10 minutes and 3-4 dremel cut off wheels each.

I am a five spoke guy as well. In my opinion, the 5 spoke are more aggressive looking than the ten.

I'm a fan of either but that sums it up for me right there. I think the ten spokes look more classic, the fives sportier. If you've got several dozen hours to spare the "Who's got the coolest wheels" thread has pictures of just about every wheel you could imagine along with fitment advice
