Default Well, i did it again...

I bought my third 928 yesterday, first was my ideal, forrest green 5 speed s code 83 that was way too far gone and never ran, second was an 82 s code automatic that sat for 6 years and i got running and was doing 130 on new tires the next day haha, and now i am the proud owner of a 82 5 speed that originated in texas. Optioned with all leather int. Factory alarm, wheel locks, tinted windshield And competition package. Came with some pretty detailed info on prev owners and maintenence. Ill post pics asap. Also came with some pristine dark brown leather seat upholstery that im selling if anybody has the dark brown interior and wants to buy them.

Totally depends on which 993 wheels you're talking about. What are the offsets? (or the part numbers from the spokes in back)

Default Illumination

Chasing gremlins, i currently have no guage illumination. Checked fuse and its fine. Fiddled with the adjusting wheel but no flickers or action of any kind. Where should i look from here? Switch testing/replacement? Or could a relay be the culprit?

Get a multimeter out and start checking for +12V at the adjustment wheel.

Default 4.5? 4.7?

Yet another question, i thought in 82 if it had the front and rearspoilers that it had the 4.7l motor, (basically an s code without it really being a designation) is that the case? Which engine do I have?
