Yeah, I just tell everyone to call the Hampton Directly. The National # folks have NO idea about this event, so they are clueless. Call directly and ask for the Porsche 928 event in November. Trust me, we've been going there long enough that everyone at hotel knows we are coming and braces for impact!!
And 100% agree with you.
If folks are on the fence on the event, go ahead and book the room.
Like any other vacation, or business trip, or whatever, you can always backout 48 hours prior and cancel. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!
Looking foward to the event this year, it'll be here before we know it!!

I've been meaning to send out a note to the Houston group since we have several new members like yourself. I'm glad you and your wife will be attending. We have had a caravan of 5-6 928's driving from Houston a few times, but last year not many went including myself. I'm planning to attend, and I'm sure there will be several more. You will enjoy it and bond with your car like never before.
