Bookem Dano. Yup, I'm hedging my bets that no disasters hit this year to keep me from going.

Booked. Lake views all gone and sounded like other rooms now gone too.

Really looking forward to it!

Thx for heads up Brad, glad you're going to make it!
I'll check on room availability and get additional if needed.

Just Checked...
Plenty of rooms still available.

If anyone has problems w the automated system, make sure you contact the Hotel directly and talk to a real person at (830) 798-1895

Book often and book early, if you can't make it last minute, you can always cancel.

Sorry for false alarm. I called after the hotel's business hours and got bounced to the national reservation service, where they clearly don't know what is happening. I recommend you call the hotel number to reserve during normal business hours.

Chuck,
Another month has gone and I thought that I might call the national booking center so that they could tell me that
there are no more rooms available at the Hampton Inn for Third Coast.

Of course, we all know that there are plenty of rooms still available, but folks should not wait until the last minute to book their rooms, and they should call the Hampton Inn at Marble Falls directly at 830-798-1895

Your thoughts?

Thx for the heads up Johnny!!

Yeah, I just tell everyone to call the Hampton Directly. The National # folks have NO idea about this event, so they are clueless. Call directly and ask for the Porsche 928 event in November. Trust me, we've been going there long enough that everyone at hotel knows we are coming and braces for impact!!

And 100% agree with you.
If folks are on the fence on the event, go ahead and book the room.
Like any other vacation, or business trip, or whatever, you can always backout 48 hours prior and cancel. BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY!

Looking foward to the event this year, it'll be here before we know it!!
