Default Sourcing New or Used (prefer used) GTS Rear quarters

Hello, I am trying to track down a set of Rear GTS quarter panels, I prefer used but new might work depending on pricing. Anyone have leads?

Thinking about making a set of molds off my GTS, so I could make some fenders for my S4. Of course they would be fiberglass/epoxy.

I am suprised that no one has yet made some really good Carbon Fibre copies of the originals that could be bonded to the body once the S4 quarters have been removed. Kind of like what Singer do on the 964. Although, I`m guessing there is good financial gain versus reward reasons why this might not be possible.

Happened to notice these a while ago when searching for something else.

No idea what they are like.

Got a bit of rust in my rear quarters on my S4. Considering factory replacement panels. Expensive though

When they say left/right in the parts catalogue do they mean facing the car?

One of the two panels was considerably more expensive when I got a quote from porsche. I assume it's the one with the petrol cap. Left, facing the car, here in the UK.

If anyone sources used right rear GTS fenders, make sure the gas filler door and its hinge assembly are included- can't remember which bit is NLA- I think the door spring (?)

Mike check out the prices in post #4 - one of the ROW panels is a lot cheaper and I am sure that is because it is old stock whereas they have restocked the other three.

It was s4 panels I was quoted for and like the GTS ones, one was more expensive than the other. I assumed down to having the petrol cap but perhaps I'm wrong. Can't check the details as I mailed from work. Think one was about £800 and the other £1400 plus 20% vat of course.

Do we know if left/right is facing the front of the car?
