Saw this one yesterday, now parked on the street and under a car cover. It never really moves

This one DID MOVE!! It was gone for a couple days, and is now back, but parked on the street. Sometimes under a car cover, but most times not...

You can just see the Stepson tucked up behind the tree. The Hyundai was my stepdaughter's. Picture was taken at least 4 years ago.
