Update:
1. Battery is good
2. Grounds all cleaned and voltages checked out
3. Getting sparks at plugs
4. 14-pin connector jump cranks
5. Both fuel pumps hums and getting fuel to injectors when fuel pump relay is also jumped

Things that are incorrect that I have found so far in the ignition system:
1. Coil resistors with 0.4 ohm checking in at 0.8 ohm while the 0.6 ohm resistor checks out good at 0.6

Received new vacuum hoses, ignition coil, and new resistors from Roger, along with new engine ground cable.

Only other major system I can think of that was leading to trouble starting in the fuel distributor or WUR.
Right now, I am in the middle of pulling the engine and sending both out for rebuild.

Any other major recommendations?

While the engine is pull, I am planning to replace the entire exhaust system with new unit. Due to costs, may revert to new Borla vs Magnaflow system instead of replacing with original.

My 79 would take forever to start due to a faulty WUR.

I bypassed it with a push button to "fire" the cold start 9th injector.
