Default Pilot Sport A/S 3

Once again I find myself in the tyre market (seems to happen quite often when I drive 928s )

As we attempt to extend our driving season from early spring to late fall Im interested in folks opinion on experience with Pilot sport a/s 3 rubber.

appreciate comments

I bought a set a couple of weeks ago for my panamera wheels(18"). I didn't had the chance to play much with them but I noticed that they are quit noisy....

Luc, what quieter tires did you replace? I'm about to replace rear PS-2's with AS-3's for the same reasons Malcolm shares. Also from local Costco.

How much are two rear tires at Costco? I just paid $615 for 285/35/18's at Discount Tire, including road force balance and certificates.

Are Supersports really quieter than AS3?

I'd like to find a 3 season tire similar in traction to the Dunlop SP Sport originals but with far lower noise levels.

Road noise was the biggest road test complaint of the 928, it would be nice to address it with current tire technology.
