Stan flew the coup
Just around 100 miles south of here is the city of Denver where Stan was the miracle worker for all 928s. Unfortunately, family obligations led to his return to the (pitooowee) east coast leaving some of us in problem areas. Btween one and two months ago I was (and still am) having problems with getting my '87 S4 started. Folks offered a number of possibilities but, being just about 80 years of age, I farmed the car out to an outfit that seems to be pretty good when dealing with electrical problems. That seems to be a mistake since almost two months later they have not produced. I'm ready to pull the plug as they do not appear to even be interested.
So, does anybody know of a magician like Stan who has set up somewhere between Laramie, WY and Denver, CO?
Thanks to all who have offered suggestions.

Can't help with the 'Stan clone', but can say that 'your' loss has been a big gain for all 928 owners in the greater Philadelphia area. Especially since Earl Gillstrom has 'semi-retired' from helping all of us owners here.
Good luck in finding the replacement!!

You might have better luck talking to Motorsports SLC. The opposite way from Denver but still in a border state.
