For sale is my 1988 Porsche 928 S4. This is a great car but it's time for a new home and new owner. It runs great and has had a lot of work done in the past few months.

Somebody buy this car. Known history, known care, looks great, price is too low.

Ummm, I would strongly suggest that you rethink your asking price,
I would be starting at 16K, its a whole lotta car for the money and the prices are going up,
I have seen junky cars being bought for 14K.
Your car looks very well kept, the miles though a bit high are not a buzz kill for these cars
Your way too low ,
unless your in a hurry

thanks for the compliments and the comments Stan and Dr Bob, and others.
I am comfortable with my asking price and I think its very reasonable for this 928.
I would like to sell the car quickly, but its not a requirement that I do so.
Im trying to be as upfront and honest about it with the detail in the post here and on craigslist, especially the what needs to still be done. And whats left to do, can be done at the next owners own pace. I got the car running and driving, ready for the next owner to take it further.

Awww, if only mine will sell I would jump on this I had been wanting an automatic.
If it does not sell in 5 months, I bet someone will buy it at Sharktoberfest in October.

This is the perfect 928 for someone who does not want to deal with mechanical issues, Mark took care of all of it, and in a very thorough manner.
I saw this car apart, when he was working on the engine, and tried to help but I was sick at the time and hence was not very useful. All you have to do is take a look at cars in his stable (i.e. his 81 in Excellence) and past cars he has had to know he is thorough and a great mechanic.

The biggest issue is the trans making noise, How long will it last? I think the OP priced it right.
