I sent you a PM a day or two ago I believe, but -

It's pretty clear the computer is malfunctioning. At first the system didn't work at all, then it partially worked with resume, and then it worked normally for about half a day. Now it only accelerates and doesn't hold speed.

Sorry but I rarely check PM's - sorry to hear that as everyone is fully tested on a cruise test rig before being shipped. This will be the first unit we have had an issue with if it is the unit. Please send it back and we will check it. Let me know what you would like to do - refund or replacement.
My email is roger@928srus.com - Please ensure you put your name in the box and we will take care of the rest.

I really don't understand why Breathmint or whatever his name is just didn't just call Roger with his problem. He has ALWAYS taken care of any issues, real or imagined, when notified in the normal course of business. As I read the poster's comments, he had issues with his cruise unit BEFORE and still has them now; which would at first blush, indicate he has another problem. Additionally, there were several suggestions on what else to check as a potential cause for the cruise in-op and there was no confirmation that any of this was attempted. To have posted continuing negative comments on RL just does not make sense. As usual, ROG did the class act and offered a refund or exchange, no more questions. I'm betting on the refund and will probably not hear from him again........just sayin'. BTW, ROG....when will you have cruise control rebuilds for the later model 928's? I want to buy one!
