Rooms booked. Registration sent. Trying to convince my 16 year old to follow us in his 1987 924S but I think he'll probably be driving the Cayenne in the North Florida Caravan

Sorry for your loss.
Wonderful tribute and photo memory collection.
This one says it all.
I hope you aren't offended by me posting it...he was a handsome lad.
The SITM's sounds like a great get together...I will have to look at the possibilities of showing up.
Brian.

Ok, it's time for me to time in and ask how many days do I have to find my car and get it ready to roll? Bringing a sidekick this year. Is there a separate thread on a fun run from Knoxville/Alocoa? I plan on doing it!

Blue Ridge Parkway to SITM
Planning on being in Waynesboro, VA Thursday evening and head down to SITM Friday morning. Last year, went down Rt 81 to Fancy Gap and had lunch at the Gap Deli in Fancy Gap and jumped on BRP from there.
Usually meet up with Martin M. Requin for dinner Thursday, Mexican, Plaza Azteca.
So anyone wants to meet up, I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Waynesboro Thursday evening, heading out around 9:30 for Fancy Gap with plans to be at the Gap Deli for lunch around 12. It's about 3 1/2 to 4 hours on BRP to SITM.
Here is map location of the Gap Deli:
