Euro Dash and Gauges??
I have a 1985 Euro car. It has the Euro engine, H4 headlights ect. The dash gauges are in German language, the speedometer is in kilometers. Is this Euro dash uncommon in your opinion? Have you seen many others in the USA?

Pretty common with a ROW import - I have an 80 and 86 (see avatar pic) both with German clusters.

If it's a "federalized" car (grey marketed) the cluster was supposed to be changed out for one with MPH on the speedo.
The headlights were supposed to be changed to "DOT Approved" too.
From what I've learned, the "level" of change to get approval varied by a lot. Some places made the importer follow all the rules, some let stuff slide.
It also wouldn't be all that hard to find a German language/KPH Speedo cluster and swap it back in at a later date.
That is something that I have pondered doing to my Euro from time to time.
