Most of them don't have them. Some subframes I have seen have the pads to hold the shockabdorber but don't have holes in them. Aparently they were planning to delete the shock absorbers before they ran out of stock of subframes. Can someone see when they stopped putting shock absorbers on the tranny?

Only '78 MY cars used them but same subframe casting was used long after that on automatic cars. All the way to '95 MY IIRR. Casting remained same and holes for the shocks were just not drilled to them.
